One UI 8.5 to Bring New Galaxy AI Capabilities to Galaxy S26 Series

Samsung is actively working on expanding its presence in AI technology; meanwhile, a new report reveals several new AI features, which it will bring with the Galaxy S26 models.

The Korean tech giant has its dedicated AI suite called Galaxy AI, which includes dozens of advanced features to make users’ daily lives easier and enhance their experience by making devices more personalized, efficient, and intuitive for tasks like communication, productivity, and content creation. 

Currently, the company is working on its next-generation Galaxy S26 series to launch early next year, which is supposed to run One UI 8.5 out of the box and bring several new AI features for a smarter and more advanced experience.

A new report from a reliable blog, ETNews, reveals that Samsung is considering bringing several Galaxy AI features to the new One UI 8.5. Since the Galaxy S26 series will run One UI 8.5, Samsung will bring more advanced AI features with the upcoming models, which are as follows:

  • Meeting Assistant will offer real-time translation of foreign language presentations and conversations during meetings. 
  • Touch Assistant will help to translate particular text instantly and organize it for easier reading. 
  • Smart Clipboard will recommend summarization, translation, searching, or adding to favorites based on the text copied by you.
  • Social Composer will generate posts based on the images you upload. While also generating reviews of products in shopping apps.  

All of these features are equipped with GenAI capabilities that deliver intuitive support to users based on text, voice, and image data.
