Samsung Food’s latest update brings a major refresh in recipe editing process

Samsung upgraded its Samsung Food app and announced plenty of enhanced tools that will be featured and are significantly designed to support users’ health and wellness goals, thanks to the addition of Samsung Food+. Now, the company is rolling out a new update that will take the user experience to the next level.

​Basically, Samsung Food is a personalized, AI-powered Food and recipe-based service that has now been upgraded with plenty of new features and updates.

​Meanwhile, Samsung has started releasing a new update for Samsung Food that takes it to an all-new version number, v2.50.0, and is now available to download via the Galaxy Store or Google Play Store.

​According to the latest update, Samsung Food’s Recipe builder feature has received a major redesign, where the autocomplete option for ingredients has been added, which will significantly make it easier to add and edit the ingredients in the recipe. At the same time, a new step editor function has been introduced, while also simplifying the overall app’s UI for quicker editing of the instructions.

​Other than that, the update further fixes a total of 11 small and not-so-small bugs, which will apparently make the app more polished and provide a smooth, efficient, and joyful experience to the users.

​Well, Samsung has constantly worked on improving its Food service with more exciting features and upgrades; nevertheless, as announced earlier during IFA 2025, Samsung has integrated nutritious meals, where the service will now be able to track the calorie intake of an individual and further offer nutrition-based diets and recipe preferences.
