Samsung Galaxy S26 series charging details leaked

Samsung Galaxy S26 series is anticipated to launch in early 2026, and a new report has now revealed the battery charging details of all three models.

The Korean tech firm is looking forward to launching the Galaxy S26 lineup, which will include three models: Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra. Previously, a few rumors suggested that the company could delay the launch; however, the most recent report revealed that there’s no delay in the launch, and the series will launch sometime in late January 2026.

Several leaks and reports have already revealed almost all details regarding the specifications of the series. Now, a tipster, @TheGalox_, shared a post on X, revealing the battery charging details of the series.

According to the post, the Galaxy S26 (base) will support 25W wired and 20W wireless charging, the Galaxy S26 Plus will be compatible with 45W wired and 20W wireless charging, and the Galaxy S26 Ultra will include 60W wired and 25W wireless charging.

Notably, the base model will have 25W wired charging support, which is 10W less than the 35W on the iPhone 17, but it’s highly anticipated that just like the Galaxy S25, the upcoming Galaxy S26 will also end up charging faster than the iPhone.

However, Samsung has yet to confirm these battery charging details of the Galaxy S26 series; for now, it’s hard to blindly rely on the report.
