Initially introduced with One UI 7, Samsung’s Now Brief has come a long way. From being exclusive to the Galaxy S25 series, the company not only expanded the functionality to more phones, but also upgraded it with the next-gen One UI 8 version. Meanwhile, a report guides us to the integration of Gemini’s Nano Banana into the Galaxy’s Now Brief!
Well, Now Brief is a feature that significantly guides users throughout their day by offering certain suggestions that can be easily accessible via the Now Bar on the phone’s lock screen. Not just this, these personalized insights are perfectly secured by Samsung Knox vault, which apparently boosts users’ privacy, providing a more powerful yet secure Galaxy AI experience for the users.
Now, a recent report from SamMobile suggests that Samsung’s Now Brief now integrates a new Nano Banana card for generating AI images.
This allows users to pull out an image from their phone’s Gallery, and then the newly-added feature will apparently suggest a few creative yet relevant prompts to make certain changes in the image.
Well, once users update the Personal Data Intelligence app to its latest version, they will find a new option named Nano Banana image creation placed under the Content to include tab in the Now Brief’s settings.
At the same time, the source further shared a guide on how the newly-integrated Nano Banana feature works, elaborating that when turned on, the phone will automatically choose any specific image from the phone’s Gallery by the end of each day. With that said, the Now Brief will apparently generate the daily memories recap using those selected images.
Nevertheless, in the time passing by, the Galaxy audience will get a more advanced user experience of Now Brief, while Gemini‘s Nano Banana being a part of it makes every moment count!
