Samsung Galaxy Z TriFold price leaked, making it affordable than its rival

Samsung is this close to officially launching its first multi-folding smartphone, Galaxy Z TriFold, next month; meanwhile, its price details have now surfaced online.

For so long, the Korean tech giant has been working on its Galaxy Z TriFold smartphone to launch by the end of this year, and it has already teased the device on several occasions. Most recently, the company has showcased the device at the APEC 2025 summit.

Two weeks ago, it was reported that Samsung would launch the upcoming Galaxy Z TriFold phone in the first week of next month, i.e., on December 5. Meanwhile, now a well-known tipster, Anthony, shared a post on X, claiming that Samsung’s tri-folding phone will cost $2,499, which makes it affordable than the Huawei Mate XT, with $300.

If the report comes true, then the Galaxy Z TriFold will be $500 affordable than a Huawei Mate XT. However, the price details haven’t been revealed by any official source, so it remains to be seen whether the leaked price will come true.

The device is expected to feature a 6.5-inch cover display with a 2,600 nits peak brightness and a 10-inch inner display with a 1,600 nits peak brightness, a 200MP main camera for a better capturing experience. A few days back, it was reported that Samsung is preparing to launch an Unlocked Galaxy Z Tri-Fold in the US market. It remains to be seen whether Samsung will use the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy or the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5.
