Samsung is getting ready to release two new mid-range phones, and leaked images suggest the company isn’t taking many risks with design.
The Galaxy A57 and A37 have surfaced in renders that reveal a predictable but functional look. Both phones stick to flat displays with slim bezels and vertical camera arrays on the back, a layout Samsung has used repeatedly across its lineup.

The larger model features three rear cameras arranged vertically with an LED flash beside them. The right edge has a slightly raised section Samsung apparently calls “Key Island 2.0,” though it’s unclear what practical benefit this adds beyond visual distinction.

Specs lean toward the capable side for a mid-ranger. An Exynos 1680 chip, 6.6-inch AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh, and either 8GB or 12GB of RAM should handle daily tasks without issue. The 50-megapixel main camera and 5,000mAh battery with 45W charging round out a spec sheet that’s competitive but not surprising.

Less is known about the A37, though renders show a similar triple camera setup in purple. It shares the 50-megapixel main sensor and 5,000mAh battery, but fast charging specs remain unconfirmed.

Both phones could launch in mid-February, slightly earlier than last year’s A-series models. The timing suggests Samsung wants to get ahead of spring competition, though the conservative design approach indicates the company is prioritizing reliability over innovation in this segment.
