The official changelog for the latest QPR2 Beta 2, version T2B2.221216.006, which is compatible with Pixel 4a and later, should be reviewed first. The build includes a number of bug fixes, the January 2023 security patches that have already been released in the stable channel, and an upgrade to Play Services from version 22.39.10 to 22.41.13.

  • Fixed an issue with the system user interface that sometimes caused the Home screen to fail to respond.
  • Fixed an issue where, after returning to Normal video capture mode from Slower mode in the Google Camera app, the app continued to capture slow motion video if the capture speed was changed between 1/8x and 1/4x in Slower mode.

  • A problem with the system user interface can sometimes cause it to crash due to a null pointer exception.
