The update brings a new feature that gives a new capability for recording. The Korean giant is now introducing a 360-degree Audio recording feature for its buds. As per the information, Samsung is now rolling out the new firmware update for Galaxy Buds 2 Pro with version number R510XXU0AWA5. According to the changelog, it is confirmed that you will get 360-degree audio recording capability. The update also brings a new ‘connected device diagnostics’ option that is useful to check the proper performance of your Galaxy Earbuds touches the sensor, charging function, etc. on the connected phone. It also comes with some fixes that improve the overall performance and stability of the app.

New feature: 360 audio recording
Put on your Buds, record a video with the Samsung Camera app, and play the video to experience vivid sounds that bring you back to the scene.
*This feature is supported only on the Flip4 and Fold4 models upgraded to One UI 5.0.

Samsung Members
A new “Connected device diagnostics” option has been added to check the proper performance of your Galaxy Earbud’ touch sensor, charging function, etc. on the connected phone.

*Please update Samsung Members and Galaxy Wearable app to the latest versions for using the ‘Connected device diagnostics’ feature.
