Samsung rolling out January 2023 update for Galaxy A52 5G in Australia

Samsung Galaxy A52 5G device was launched in 2021 and comes with Android 11 on board; after two months, the device will become two years old. In this journey, it has received several firmware updates as monthly security updates as well as two major Android updates, and currently, the device is running on One UI based on Android 13.

Before celebrating the second birthday, Samsung is pushing another update for the Galaxy A52 5G device, bringing the January 2023 security patch. As of now, it is rolling out in Australia. However, it should be expanded to other countries soon. Users who own Galaxy A52 5G devices can identify the latest update through build number A526BXXU1DWA6.

The January 2023 update brings new security patches that improve the overall security of the device. It is a part of the general security maintenance program, which Google runs for the Android device, But it is slightly different in Samsung’s case because Samsung itself provides this update in its Galaxy devices device with some new changes.
