Galaxy A30 gets January 2023 security update

The Galaxy A30 device was launched in 2019 and came with Android 9 out of the box. The device has received two Android updates sequentially; currently, the device is running on Android 11, and it would be the last Android update for the device while the device is still eligible for security updates. So keeping its promise, Samsung has rolled out the January 2023 security patch update for Galaxy A30.

As of now, the update is rolling out in India and Sri Lanka. Users who own the Galaxy A30 device in the mentioned region can identify the update by the build number A305FDDS6CWA3. However, the update should be available in other regions soon.
