Samsung is currently pushing the January 2023 security patch for its affordable devices, while the company has already updated its flagship devices in the first row. Now, the Korean giant is rolling out the update for its midrange premium device, Galaxy M51. However, users of the device are waiting for the Android 13, but the company hasn’t released it yet.

As said earlier, the device is getting a security update which doesn’t bring any new features. Still, as per the official documentation of Samsung, the January 2023 update includes several patches that address a number of vulnerabilities.

The late update carries a new version number M515FXXS4DWA3. It is currently rolling out in five countries, including Peru, Mexico, Brazil, Bolivia and Panama. However, it will be available in others in the next few days. OTA should notify the update; you can install it by just taping on the notification or download it manually by going through the device settings
