If we talk about the January 2023 update in detail, the update doesn’t carry any new features. It just comes with some patches, which are included by Samsung and Google together, that address several security vulnerabilities. Apart from this, the update may also come with general improvements that optimize the inbuilt function of the device.

The Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Flip 3 are currently listed in the monthly security update category and running on Android 13, as both of the devices have strong specifications, so they are worthy of getting One UI 5.1 update soon. It is expected to be available after the release of Galaxy S23.
