Google Tasks has received Material You functionality

Google has very much developed its apps in the last few years; the company has improved its Android ecosystem by providing new updates for its apps and services. Material You is also one of the big changes that bring the affect on overall system UI; basically, it is a new design language defined by Google for its Android OS, and it is a very interesting feature for customization because it gives several options to theme your device at that theme, the most interesting option is the dynamic change that gives the best experience as it sets your system UI colour according to your wallpaper.

The Material you introduced with Android 12, but at that time, it was not very much evolved; later, it came with big improvements and more compatibility with Android 13, but still, it needs more support of some Google apps, which are gradually optimizing with new updates. The Google task is also one of these.

Google has finally released a new update for the Google task, which makes the app support the Material You functionality. The app has received an update with version number 2023.01.30.50551367.0. In addition to these, we can see some more changes in the new update, like the main action button, is now placed in the bottom bar on the right.
