Galaxy S21, Galaxy Z Fold 4, and Flip 4 get One UI 5.1 update

Earlier, the Korean tech giant started rolling out the latest Android 13-based One UI 5.1 skin update to the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra. Now, even the Galaxy S21, Galaxy Z Fold 4, and Galaxy Z Flip 4 have started getting the One UI 5.1 update.

The Galaxy S21, Galaxy Z Fold 4, and Galaxy Z Flip 4 are now receiving the One UI 5.1 upgrade. The latest update adds a lot of practical functionality and UI enhancements to smartphones and has firmware versions G99*BXXU6EWAF, F936BXXU1CWAC, and F721BXXU1CWAC, respectively. The update is currently rolling out in Germany, and it will soon expand to other regions as well.

To install the update, you first need to make sure that your device is connected to a WiFi network and has at least 50 percent battery life remaining. Next, open the Settings app on your Galaxy S21 series, Galaxy Z Fold 4, and Flip 4. Tap on System updates. From here, you can tap on Download updates from Samsung. Once this process is complete, you’ll be prompted to install the update. If all goes well, you’ll see a message telling you that the installation was successful.
