The update, which carries firmware versions S911U1UEU1AWBE, S916U1UEU1AWBE, and S918U1UEU1AWBE, respectively, aims to provide users with the latest security enhancements to ensure the protection of their personal data and device integrity.

The latest update for the Galaxy S23 series gets the Android February 2023 security patch, and notes include fixes for several high-impact vulnerabilities, including five critical, 43 High, 0 moderate & 8 Already included in previous updates, also 4 Not applicable to Samsung devices. Moreover, Samsung has addressed some security loopholes and variabilities in several functions and apps such as WindowManagerService, UwbDataTxStatusEvent, Secure Folder, Phone application, Contacts, Fingerprint, etc.
