Samsung now focuses on budget-friendly smartphones and serves the new One UI 5.1 update for eligible devices; for starters, Samsung defines the eligibility of devices at the time of launch. To get a rough idea, the devices coming in the budget-friendly category get a minimum of three Android updates. Following the policy, the company is now giving a new update to Galaxy A13 5G.

The latest update is now rolling out in Europe; starting with Germany, it will be expanded all around the region next few days. Users who own Galaxy A13 5G devices can identify the latest update by the firmware version number A136BXXU3CWB3. It also includes a new security patch as of February 2023 which is a regular monthly update that brings several fixes that enhance the overall security of devices.

As we said earlier, the new update comes with One UI 5.1, which is the latest upgrade of Samsung’s skin and brings several new features that enhance several functions of the device, including Gallery, Camera, Samsung Internet, and more. With new features, it has also added some improvements to the existing functions, so you should update your device as soon as possible. The update is available in 1044.56 MB size.

The Galaxy A13 is a budget-friendly device that Samsung introduced in March of last year, and it came with Android 12; later, it received one more Android update in the form of Android 13. Now the new update is available in the form of One UI 5.1, which is exclusively available from the Samsung side; it will also be based on Android 13. It is expected that the device will receive two more Android updates in the future, with some new security updates.
