Samsung launches OLED Finder website for smartphones

Samsung is no doubt one of the top manufacturers of displays; many brands use their display for their devices, including Apple. This is also the main reason most Samsung devices come with the latest technology of display, i.e. Super AMOLED, these types of displays are designed to give the best experience of watching content and are also known for battery efficiency.

Now Samsung has launched a new website call ‘OLED finder’ that tells you whether your smartphone has an OLED display designed by Samsung or not. This is a pure market strategy so the company can make their screen popular among the other companies which are also supplying the same technology, like LGS, BOE, Visionox etc.

As we said earlier, there are several companies that are using OLED technology. The list includes Oppo, Asus, Xiaomi, Vivo, One Plus, Meizu and Realme. Users who own any devices from the mentioned brands can easily check their displays are made by SDC.

What is an OLED display?

The OLED display technology is the latest technology; as of now, smartphone companies are using the AMOLED display, which is a type of it. In short, OLED describes a specific type of thin-film display technology. It is currently available for each device for its display because of its advantages. This technology brings flexibility to the devices; therefore, nowadays, you are observing that companies have made many devices which are able to fold with the display; for instance, you can see Galaxy Foldable series devices which are available in two categories, including Galaxy Z Flip and Z Fold.
