It is landing on T-Mobile, MetroPCS, Verizon, Spectrum Mobile, US Cellular, Tracfone, AT&T USA, C-Spire, Cellular South US, Cricket Wireless, and Bluegrass Cellular. The firmware version G990U1UES5EWC2 is now in distribution, which introduces the aforementioned security update with its fixes; the update should also be available in other markets shortly.
