Samsung sued for ignoring 9 Galaxy Watch-related patents in the US

The South Korean firm Samsung has recently been sued over the infringement of 9 patents that were related to its Galaxy Watch smartwatches. As per the reports, the State University of New York Research Foundation, the University of Connecticut, and Worcester Polytechnic University jointly filed a patent lawsuit against the Korean giant in the federal court of Texas. Even after Chon’s partnership with the company ended, Samsung continued to launch heart-related wearables independently.
