Samsung has distributed many surprises with its April 2023 security update; for recall, the Galaxy S23 smartphone users got a massive update that brings new enhancements for the camera app; it has also fixed some issues and introduced some new changes as well.

Meanwhile, some Galaxy S series devices got the new functionality of Image Clipper; now, according to the report, a new Galaxy Buds widget has also been added for Galaxy smartphones. 

The report further mentions that the new widget option will be available for the devices which are running on One UI 5.1. The widget provides different functionality, which is helpful for knowing about the Galaxy Buds. The widget is currently available under the name of Galaxy Buds Pro. But we hope the company will add more widgets that will provide compatibility for other wireless devices as well.

Talking about its functionality, the Galaxy Buds Pro Manager indicates noise cancellation, touch controls, and the battery charge level of the earbuds on the lock screen. Let’s know how you can find the Galaxy Buds widget on your device and turn it on.

How to turn on the Galaxy Buds widget

  1. Go to the system settings
  2. Then touch the Lock screen 
  3. Here tap on the widget and then turn it on

Moreover, this year Samsung will debut its new generation of Galaxy Buds, i.e., Galaxy Buds 3. As per the reports, the device will be introduced in the next Galaxy Unpacked event, which will probably take place between August and September. The main highlight of the unpacked event will be the new generation foldable flagship devices as Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5
