While some manufacturers like Nothing, OnePlus, OPPO, and Vivo have already released Developer Beta versions of Android 14 for their devices, Samsung is yet to do so. However, recent information from leaker Dohyun Kim on Twitter confirms previous rumors about Samsung’s roadmap for the Galaxy S23 series.

According to Kim, the first beta of One UI 6.0 with Android 14 for the Samsung Galaxy S23 is expected to be available by mid-July, with the final version slated for release in October.

The first wave of updates bringing One UI 6.0 and Android 14 will be rolled out to the Samsung Galaxy S23 series, Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4, and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4. Subsequently, the update will be extended to high-end models from previous generations and newer mid-range models.

If all goes well, Samsung aims to update a significant portion of its smartphone lineup by the end of 2023, solidifying its position as a company dedicated to timely updates, second only to Google.
