Samsung Galaxy S23 FE will have a flagship-level selfie camera

The Galaxy S23 FE is expected to launch in October or September of this year. This model holds high anticipation as the firm is about to release a fan edition variant after the Galaxy S21 FE skips the Galaxy S22 FE. In the recent few days, there have been several rumors and leaks regarding the gadgets’ specifications. A few days ago, a model was spotted for battery certification with the model number EB-BS711ABY in South Korea, which is expected to be the Galaxy S23 FE. Still, it is not confirmed, as the listing doesn’t reveal any features.

The specifications that make up the front camera of the S23 FE have been revealed. The same 10 MP selfie camera, which was included in the basic variants of the Galaxy S20, S21, and S22 models, is reported to equip the phone. Comparing this with the earlier FE model, the Galaxy S21 FE has a 32 MP front camera, which is enhanced compared to the upcoming FE variant. However, it is notable that the 10 MP sensor includes dual-pixel autofocus. It allows the user to quickly and precisely focus, even in low-light conditions.

Galaxy S23 FE and Galaxy S24 may have Exynos processors in some markets

With its 8MP sensor and 3x optical zoom, the telephoto camera also falls short of the S23 series. The Galaxy S23 FE will bear the model number SM-S711, and it is rumored to include a 6.4-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen powered by the Exynos 2200 chip. Internal storage and RAM capacity might be 128 GB, 256 GB, 6 GB, or 8 GB. Expected to have a 4,500mAh battery with 25W fast charging. A 50 MP primary camera, a 12 MP ultrawide camera, and an 8 MP telephoto camera will make up the back camera system.

The gadget’s appearance on certification websites means the firm has started testing, which points to its launch soon. The first firmware started to arrive two days ago. However, there isn’t any firmware available for other device variations yet, for instance, in the US or South Korea.
