Both variants sport several intuitive features and run on the latest WearOS 4 out of the box.

Customizing your smartwatch is fun, and you can use it to its full potential. For those unfamiliar, one of the critical features of Galaxy Watches is the double-press key feature. This feature lets you easily configure your Watch’s Home key to open any app.

How to Customize Home key on Galaxy Watch 6

Since almost all of us have that one app we use the most, with the home key customization, you can quickly access your favorite app or action while double-pressing the home key.

  • Tap on Settings on your Galaxy Watch.
  • Swipe and select Advanced Features.
  • Now tap on the Customize buttons option.
  • Under the Home button option, you will see the double-press button. Tap on it.
  • Then, choose which app or action you want the home key to launch.
  • So, when you press the home key, your selected app or action will open.

On your Galaxy Watch 6, you can even customize the back key. Just head to Settings >> Advanced features >> Customize buttons >> now. Under the Back Button, you will see the Short Press option; just tap on it. Now, by tapping on the short press option, you can choose.
