Samsung has rolled out the third One UI 6 beta update for the Galaxy Z Fold 5, which is carrying firmware version number F946BXXU1ZWJ8 with a download size of 711.97MB. The update carries the current month’s security patch in the form of October 2023. Currently, it is not clear what new fixes will come with the new beta update, but it is sure that the update will provide some improvements to the functionalities of the device.

First, install the Samsung Members application; if it is already installed, update it to the latest version. Inside the application, tap on the banner “One UI beta program.” Then complete the process by agreeing to the policy and tapping on the enroll button. Once done, you will get a new update within some time. You just have to install it to get access to the beta program.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 was introduced at the last Galaxy Unpacket event, which was organized back in July. The device has an Android 13 with One UI 5.1.1, with a promise of eligibility for four Android updates, so with the Android 14, it will get the first major update. It is expected that Samsung could give the one UI 6 stable update between November and December.
