Unlocked Galaxy S22 receives November 2023 update in the US

Samsung has rolled out the November 2023 update to several devices that belong to the high-end category; however, due to server limitations, the company hasn’t been successful in expanding the update to every country. But backing up its strategy, the company is constantly pushing the update to new units. Now, moving forward, the company has rolled out a new update for the unlocked Galaxy S22 devices.

Notably, the unlocked version of the Galaxy S22 series is spotted getting an update on the ATT network, but it is expected that the company will make it available to all carriers in some time. The latest update for the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and Galaxy S22 Ultra comes with firmware version numbers S908U1UES3CWK1, S908U1UES3CWK1, and S908U1UES3CWK1, respectively.

The November 2023 update for the Galaxy S22 is available with the standard changelog, which says “The security of your device has been improved”. It indicates that the latest update for your device isn’t coming with any new significant changes for the device, but at the same time it will provide a whole new set of improvements in the internal functions for strengthening security.

According to the official documentation, the latest security patch will come with more than 60 fixes that aim to improve several internal functions to make sure that you will get improved security on your device.

To get the latest security enhancements on your device, just install the latest update. To do that, go to the system settings, then select the software update option, then click on the download and install option. Now wait for some time until it finishes searching. If the new update is available, then tap on the download button.
