Samsung Galaxy M55s spotted online; could be launched anytime soon

A new mid-range Samsung Galaxy smartphone named Galaxy M55s could soon be on the floor as its support page goes live in India.
Currently, the Korean tech giant is working on several smartphones simultaneously to launch by the end of this year; for instance, the Galaxy S24 FE, Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition, and now Galaxy M55s are also in the line.
The report from MySmartPrice revealed that the support page for the Galaxy M55s is live in India. It is expected to be the upgraded version of the current Galaxy M55. The company introduced the standard Galaxy M55 in April.

The support page confirms that the device will feature 8 GB of RAM. The live spotting hasn’t revealed any specifications of Samsung’s forthcoming mid-ranger.
However, the forthcoming Galaxy M55s have already appeared several times on different certification sites. Recently, it was spotted on the BIS certification with the model number SM-M558B/DS. It has also been spotted on the Geekbench database with the same model number, which points out that the upcoming smartphone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC.
The chipset has a peak clock speed of 2.4GHz and is paired with the Adreno 644 GPU and 8GB of RAM. The device will run Android 14 out of the box based on One UI 6.1.
