The Samsung Galaxy S25 series is actively driving in the developing phase. The Ultra variant of the series, the Galaxy S25 Ultra redesign, includes a brand new look for the rear camera system.
Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra not only brings a brand new sleek design but also a new look for the rear camera setup. However, the lens layout is expected to stay the same. Samsung is looking forward to changing the camera ring design; it is drawing inspiration from the Galaxy Z Fold 6’s camera design without fully replicating it.
As usual, the forthcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra will feature a quad-camera setup at the back, the same as its predecessor. The new leaked renders showed the identical camera rings to the Fold 6. According to Ice Universe, the upcoming Galaxy S25 Ultra has a slightly similar camera design but is not an exact copy of the foldable phone.
The tipster shared the Galaxy S25 Ultra image, showcasing the camera design closely. The image hints at the most accurate depiction of the rings so far, since the tipster describes it as ‘closer to reality.’
The new design appears more premium as compared to the Galaxy Z Fold 6’s camera rings. However, the image doesn’t exactly showcase an official color for the Galaxy S25 Ultra. The tipster called it a beige finish, which is not among the four standard color options for the upcoming Samsung flagship. But he claimed that the main color is still titanium gray.
Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy S25 series in early 2025. The series is highly anticipated to run Android 15-based One UI 7 out of the box.
