Samsung is all set to debut its first SE edition for a foldable, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Edition, on 21 October.

For so long, leaks and rumors have been blowing in the market that Samsung is gearing up to introduce a new foldable device this year with new branding, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Edition. A couple of months ago, the company debuted its sixth-generation foldable phones, the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6. Now it is all set to introduce a new Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Edition device on 21 October.

It is being speculated by a well-reliable tipster, Ice Universe, on X, who shared an invite post for the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Edition launch on 21 October.

The coming foldable is highly anticipated to be slimmer than its predecessor; to make it slimmer, the company could make some adjustments to the battery. It’s expected that the device could feature a textured frame.

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold Special Edition could be crease-free foldable. The camera setup of the device could include a 200MP main camera. However, ahead of launch, the device has already surfaced online, which showcased that it will be 4.9 mm thin while unfolded and 106 mm while folded. The exact specification of the device has yet to be confirmed. It will be interesting to see what new novelties the brand will offer for the coming foldable phone.
