Does the Galaxy S25 Ultra Come with Bluetooth enabled S Pen, or Is It a Standalone Accessory?

Samsung’s top-notch Galaxy S lineup’s Ultra unit has a unique form factor that lies in its S Pen, which comes with a wide range of key features that significantly allow Galaxy users to perform certain actions. However, this time, with the Galaxy S25 Ultra, Samsung has provided the S Pen but ditched the Bluetooth connectivity, and that’s what disappointed the fans.

Samsung hasn’t yet confirmed if the Galaxy S25 Ultra’s S Pen has Bluetooth

Meanwhile, guess what? one of Samsung’s sites is making the Galaxy S25 Ultra owners purchase a Bluetooth-enabled S Pen separately; this sounds weird, though.

Samsung’s S Pen has always been a magic factor for the S Lineup’s Ultra units, while the Galaxy S25 Ultra has eventually got an S Pen that doesn’t have Bluetooth connectivity, reducing plenty of significant features automatically.

While the majority of the key features have vanished from the S Pen functionalities, like Air Actions, which are popular amongst Galaxy fans, Samsung claimed that it’s selling the Bluetooth-enabled S Pen separately. The official website does mention two variants: the standard Galaxy S25 Ultra S Pen and the S Pen Pro, where the Pro one is said to have Bluetooth connectivity and will be compatible with the Ultra unit.

This special version of the S Pen is already available on Amazon, listed as the “SAMSUNG S Pen Original Galaxy S25 Ultra Pen” for $49.99.

However, it’s possible that the information on both the Samsung website and Amazon might be outdated, meaning the S Pen may not actually have Bluetooth support as suggested.

However, the company’s executive apparently clarified that the S Pen Pro doesn’t work with the Galaxy S25 Ultra model. Eventually, for now there seems to be a little confusion. Alternatively, it’s likely to be a mistake from Samsung’s own website or retailer’s end, who accidentally displayed the standard Galaxy S25 Ultra as a Bluetooth-enabled model.

With the official statement from Samsung still awaiting, it’s better to wait for the confirmation of whether a Bluetooth-enabled S Pen for the Galaxy S25 Ultra really exists or not.
