It’s almost official, Samsung Galaxy S25 will launch on May 13, as the latest teaser leak confirms the date. Let’s take a closer look at the newly leaked teaser.
Last month, it was revealed that Samsung is set to launch the fourth variant under the Galaxy S25 series, Galaxy S25 Edge, on May 13. According to the previous report, the company will initially debut the device in Korea and China, then expand the availability in the USA market on 30 May.
However, 13 May was not the officially leaked date, but now a reliable tipster, Evan Blass, leaked the Galaxy S25 Edge teaser via a post on X, which mentioned ‘13 maggio 2025’ alongside a silhouette of the Galaxy S25 Edge and the words “Beyond slim.”
The post hints that the Samsung S25 Edge is confirmed to go official on May 13 in Korea and China. Reportedly, the company will start the pre-order program from May 14 to May 20, and will make it available for sale on May 23.
Recently, the selfie camera details of the device also leaked, according to which it will feature a 12MP front camera with a 1/3.2-inch sensor. It is anticipated to measure 5.8mm in thickness & weigh 163g, a 200MP main camera, a titanium bezel & Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 Protection, and 256GB & 512GB storage variants.
Samsung will power the device with the Snapdragon 8 Elite, and it will run Android 15-based One UI 7 out of the box.
