Samsung Working to Bring One UI 8 Beta to Tablets

Samsung just opened the Android 16-based One UI 8 beta program for the Galaxy S25 series, and now it has begun testing the latest firmware version for the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra device.
Earlier this week, Samsung rolled out the One UI 8 beta update for its most recent flagships, the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+, and Galaxy S25 Ultra. Although currently the update is only available in selected regions, including the USA, UK, Germany, and Korea.
One UI 8 Update for Galaxy Tab S10 Series Moves Forward
It’s expected that soon Samsung will extend the beta program for the Galaxy S25 series to more eligible markets, i.e., India and Poland, in the second phase. Meanwhile, a user, Alfaturk, on X, shared a post claiming that Samsung has now begun testing Android 16-based One UI 8 for the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra.
Reportedly, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra with the firmware version X926BXXU3CYE2 has been spotted running on an Android 16-based One UI 8 build on Geekbench. According to the listing, the single-core of the device scored 2200, whereas the multi-core scored 7654.
Since the Galaxy S25 series has yet to get the One UI 8 beta in all the eligible regions, in the meantime, the company has already started testing the latest firmware for the Galaxy Tab S10 Ultra, hinting that it is speeding up internal testing and could expand the beta to more devices soon.
Samsung has already confirmed that it will introduce the stable One UI 8 version on the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 at the Unpacked event sometime in mid-July.
