Samsung Stops Selling Galaxy Foldables in Key Markets Including US and UK

Samsung is excited to debut its seventh-gen foldable phones next month, whereas the sixth-generation foldable phones have already started phasing out in the selected key markets.
The Korean tech giant is working on launching its next-generation foldable phones, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7, next month at the Unpacked event. Apart from these two devices, the company has more foldable phones in the pipeline, such as the Galaxy Z Flip FE and Galaxy G Fold (Tri-Fold).
Right before the debut of next-generation foldable phones, Samsung has already started eliminating its older foldable phones, such as the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6, from reaching the company’s e-shop in key markets, including the USA, UK, Europe, and India.
The Galaxy Z Flip 6 is already out of stock, but the Galaxy Z Fold 6 is available in some markets, including the USA and India; however, not for too long, as it is being slowly pushed off the online store shelves. Notably, both devices are out of stock in the UK, Germany, and the Netherlands markets.
The aim behind phasing out the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6 from key markets seems to be to encourage customers to wait for the next-generation foldable phones. It will be interesting to see whether the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 will be worth the replacement.
