Samsung is continuing the June 2025 security patch rollout for its Galaxy devices, while so far, the company has delivered the latest update for a plenty of models. Now, the company moves towards expanding the update for the Galaxy A55 and A54 in more eligible countries.
The Galaxy A55 models have already received the June 2025 security patch in Asian countries, while the Galaxy A54 units are getting the update for the first time in any region. At the same time, both the Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A54 devices have now started receiving the latest security patch in Europe.
More specifically, the latest firmware for the Galaxy A55 and Galaxy A54 units have been identified with the build numbers, A556BXXS8BYE1 and A546BXXSDDYF1, respectively.
Usually, such monthly patches are meant to strengthen device’s overall security, and thus, as per the details, Samsung’s June 2025 security patch; however, doesn’t bring any major features and changes, rather it significantly focuses on improving the device’s overall security and core functionality.
The update packs several key fixes for all the security vulnerabilities that were addressed in the previous version to provide a more secure user experience, while also protecting the device against potential threats.
At the same time, the update further adds stability and reliability to the entire system behavior for an efficient functionality, and also brings various optimizations for the device’s overall performance to provide a more smooth, stable and optimized experience to the users.
