For now, users in the UK and South Korea can take part in early testing if they have the Galaxy S24, S24+, or S24 Ultra. The beta update can be identified by build number ZYH3 and weighs in at roughly 3GB. This sizeable download brings not just fresh features but also performance tweaks.

If you own a Galaxy S24 device and live in one of the eligible countries, sign up for the beta. Start by installing the Samsung Members app from the Galaxy Store or Google Play. Log into your Samsung account on the device you want to enroll, then look for the prominent One UI 8 Beta Program banner on the app’s home screen. Once you tap to join, you’re on your way.

After registration, simply head to your device’s Settings menu, select Software update, and tap Download and install. Once your phone pulls down the update, hit Install now. In a few short minutes—and a restart later—you’ll be able to explore One UI 8.0 before everyone else.
