Good Lock Sound Assistant Gets One UI 8 Support Along with New Volume Panel

Samsung’s Good Lock suite is known for its excellent customizable capabilities for the Galaxy devices. Currently, the company is looking towards expanding One UI 8 support to the Good Lock modules, and this time, the Sound Assistant is getting a new update for which the users have been waiting.
Basically, Good Lock’s Sound Assistant module handles all the sound-related settings by offering convenient functions for the system audio, customized voice effects, and more, while also providing various customization options for a more personalized user experience.
Meanwhile, Samsung has started rolling out a new software update for the Sound Assistant app that takes it to an all-new version number, v8.1.00.5, which is now available to download via the Galaxy Store.
At the same time, the update primarily brings support for the latest Android 16-based One UI 8 version, which apparently suggests that the Galaxy devices running the One UI 8 build (currently, the Galaxy Z Fold 7, Flip 7, and Galaxy S25 series, alongside the S24 series and Z Fold 6 and Flip 6 models) can easily take advantage of the newest features and capabilities for a more efficient, smooth, and next-level user experience.
In addition, the update further applies the newest One UI 8 support to my own volume panel section and adds stability to the entire app’s behavior that eventually leads to a smoother and more stable performance.

Well, Samsung is currently busy expanding its latest Android 16-based One UI 8 version for even more Galaxy devices, including the Galaxy S24 series alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6, while the Galaxy S25 series is all set to receive the stable One UI 8 version next month.
