List of Galaxy Smartphones Currently Available for One UI 8 Beta and Android 16

Samsung just expanded the availability of the Android 16-based One UI 8 beta update to more eligible devices. Here’s the full list of Galaxy devices that can join the One UI 8 beta program now.

Initially, Samsung opened the One UI 8 beta program only for the Galaxy S25 series, except for the Galaxy S25 Edge, and to date of writing, it has already rolled out four beta updates. Meanwhile, it introduced the stable One UI 8 version with the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 last month at the Unpacked event.

Samsung has been continuously refining the user experience while also optimizing certain features, thanks to the latest One UI 8 version that is powered by Android 16 OS. The version is currently running in the beta stage, where the One UI 8 beta program is now available for more Galaxy devices other than the Galaxy S25 family.

To recall, the One UI 8 beta program was initiated with the current flagships, the S25 series, and currently, Samsung has released a total of six beta builds until now, and next should be the stable one! At the same time, the company is expanding the beta build for more eligible Galaxy devices, including the Galaxy S24 series alongside the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Flip 6, where the models have received two betas.

Well, Samsung has opted for this (September) month to release the stable One UI 8 version for the Galaxy S25 series, while other Galaxy devices will be testing the beta program sequentially by that time. Also, the above-mentioned list will be updated as soon as Samsung adds other devices in the future.

Currently, the One UI 8 beta update is available for these Galaxy devices, but the company has already announced that it will expand the update to a few Galaxy A series and S series devices in the coming weeks.

Noticeably, the One UI 8 beta program is limited to selected countries, including the UK, the US, South Korea, and Germany, for phase 1. However, usually Samsung rolls out its beta program in seven countries, but it ditched China, while India and Poland will join the list in the second phase.
