Samsung has stunningly dissolved its intuitive innovations and advanced technology into the ongoing AI trend. Artificial Intelligence, or AI, has made Samsung the leading brand, with the Galaxy AI, in particular, having created a path that takes all the future innovations to the next level. Now, Samsung says the AI utilization is still to cover new heights.
According to the report by a news outlet, The Chosun Daily Samsung is passionately planning the target to utilize AI power in about 90% of all the businesses by 2030.
The news outlet mentions that on September 4th, Roh Tae-moon, Samsung Electronics’ president and acting head of the Device eXperience (DX) division, held a press conference in Berlin, Germany, where he stated that the vision is to meet the best and growing needs of AI by utilizing it all throughout the company, while also aiming to increase efficiency and performance in the working sector via AI.
At the same time, Samsung is looking towards achieving a target of incorporating AI in over 400 million Galaxy devices within this year, starting with the Galaxy S24 series, and so far AI has already been applied to around 200 million Galaxy phones.
Since Samsung is actively working towards collaborating with multiple partners, other than Google, as Galaxy phones are already integrated with Gemini AI, they are also discussing companies to provide optimal AI models.
Other than that, Roh further revealed the strategy of overall AI utilization for the European market, specifically. He added that Europe will be among the quickest regions to follow and adopt new AI-powered features as compared to more countries. Also, the president stated that the AI technology will be integrated into the entire Galaxy ecosystem, beginning with the flagships, followed by a rapid rollout to the mid-tier and affordable smartphones.
Well, most prominently, Roh also clarified plans regarding its next-generation products that are currently in the pipeline to launch, saying that the most-awaited Tri-Fold phone’s development is already in its final stage, while the company is looking towards releasing it by the end of this year. And it seems like the XR headsets and smart glasses are yet to achieve their final maturity level.
