When is the Samsung One UI 5.0 Beta Public?

Samsung, in recent years, has proved to be one of the most attentive companies to Android updates, as well as one of the fastest to release new versions of Google’s OS for its devices and with Android 13, it has no intention of slowing down.

These days most Galaxy users are wondering when the public beta of One UI 5.0 will come out. The first smartphones to receive the beta version of One UI 5.0 will be those of the Samsung Galaxy S22 series, for which the Korean giant plans to start public tests by the end of this month, but it seems that there are already numerous users to have had access to the first beta.

Samsung has already started internal testing of the One UI 5.0 beta update for the Galaxy S22, and the company has decided to rely on to have the first series of feedback in order to be able to identify and fix any relevant bugs before releasing the beta version for users who can join to the test program.

The aim of the S.Korean giant is to reach the third week of July, when it plans to publicly release the first beta of One UI 5.0 for Samsung Galaxy S22

, with software already quite stable and free from serious problems. And the stable version will be released in October this year.

So, It’s not been long since we informed you on Jun 17 that the Beta version of Samsung’s OneUI 5.0 was allegedly tested on the Galaxy S22 Ultra via a leaked screenshot from an app called Checkfirm. If you wish to, please read about it here.

The spotted firmware had a build number – S908BXXU22BVF6 for a Galaxy S22 Ultra smartphone (EUX CSC) having an Exynos CPU variant in Europe. This screenshot was the testing of Android 13-based One UI 5.0 or the Android 12L-based One UI 4.1.1 supposedly at first. But as the picture got clearer and clearer day by day, we can be almost sure that this was indeed a Galaxy S22 Ultra.

At the moment, there is not much information available on the news about that One UI 5.0 will bring with it: according to what has emerged, there should be some graphic changes and some new features, but a real revolution is not to be expected.
