One UI 5.1 featured in the testing server

Samsung’s seamless working ability is rapidly multiplying day by day. Just days after the One UI 5.0’s launch, the South Korean manufacturer started developing the firmware of its upcoming UI version without any late. The One UI 5.1 has joined the rumors with the upcoming flagship Galaxy S23. Its test firmware for the Galaxy S23 Ultra device was recently spotted on Samsung’s server with the version number S918BXXU1AVKN.

Coming to the Galaxy S23 series, its hardware appearances have been in the rumors so far, but its software appearances are starting to show up now. The Galaxy S23 series will feature One UI 5.1 instead of the currently available One UI 5.0. The upcoming UI will also be based on Android 13, similar to its predecessor, One UI 5.0. Its arrival is almost confirmed, as the company mentioned some relevant features in the Newsroom’s official blog post.

As the Samsung Netherland newsroom stated, some essential features, such as video wallpapers that will be available directly on the lock screen instead of Good Lock will come to the Galaxy device with the One UI 5.1 only. Besides, the Newsroom’s blog post indicated that it would bring some other features like better customizability than One UI 5.0. It clearly shows that the company is already working on One UI 5.1. We are expecting more information about this in due course of time.
