Galaxy S23 and S23 Plus: Specifications revealed
Now only two weeks remain for the Galaxy S23 series to launch, and rumors and leaks are still gaining pace. Informatively, all three devices of this series- Galaxy S23, S23+, and S23 Ultra will put their first step in front of us on 1st February 2023. Just a few hours ago, the S23 Ultra’s complete specs were leaked, and now the specs of the remaining S23 and S23+ also appeared on the internet.
Meanwhile, the specifications of these devices were leaked previously as well, but this time TM Roh, the CEO of Samsung himself, confirmed some of them. Particularly, the official has confirmed this series’ processor, camera hardware, and software upgrades. Besides, a leak star RolandQuandt has also shared the specs sheet of both these devices, which reveals enough about them.
Let us tell you that both these devices are alike too much, and some of their specs are also the same. Notably, the versions of OS and UI, processors, camera configuration, sensors, network connectivity, and some other specs are similar in both of them. Galaxy S23: Know the specs here
The soon-to-be-launched Galaxy S23 series is the entry-level device of Samsung’s flagship series Galaxy S. It will be booted with Android 13 with a layer of One UI 5.1 on top of it. This device will feature Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC and a 6.1-inch AMOLED display. Generally, it will come with a total of 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. Display- The Galaxy S23 device has a 6.1 inches Dynamic AMOLED 2X, 2340 x 1080 pixels, Infinity-O-Display, with a refresh rate of 48-120 Hz. It has got Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for better protection. Its display has the support of HDR10+ pixel density and 425 PPI.
RAM and Storage- This device will get only one RAM variant with a total of 8GB RAM but two storage options of 128GB and 256 GB. Notably, the company has used the LPDDR5 RAM technology in it, which is more reliable than the previous LPDDR.

Battery & charging- This device features a 3900 mAh battery with charging support of 25W (wired), and 10W (wireless).

Rear Camera Configuration- It has got a triple camera setup on the back, of which one is a 50 MP shooter (main camera, 85°, f/1.8, 23mm, OIS, Dual Pixel), one is a 12 MP camera (ultra wide-angle lens, 120°, f/2.2, 13mm), and last one is a 10 MP shooter (telephoto, 36°, f/2.4, 69mm, 3x optical zoom). It also supports capturing 30 fps for 8K resolution video and 60 fps for 4K resolution video.
Front Camera- Samsung has provided a selfie camera of 12MP quality (f/2.2, 80°, 25mm, HDR10+) in it.

Galaxy S23+: Specifications
The Galaxy S23+ is the mid-range device of Samsung’s flagship series Galaxy S23. It is also booted with the Android 13 and One UI 5.1 on top of it. It also features the same Overclocked Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC as the vanilla device but a larger AMOLED display of 6.6 inches. Informatively, most of the specs of this device are similar to the vanilla device, but it does get a bit of modification. Its complete specs are listed below-
Display- This S23+ device has a 6.6 inches Dynamic AMOLED 2X, 2340 x 1080 pixels, Infinity-O-Display, which has the same refresh rate of 48-120 Hz as the S23 device. It, too has a Gorilla Glass Victus 2 for protection and has the support of HDR10+ pixel density and 393 PPI.
RAM and Storage- Its RAM and storage variants are also similar to the vanilla device, which means it will come with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and two storage options of 128GB and 256GB.

Battery & charging- Thankfully, there is an improvement in its battery capacity and charging support than the vanilla device. It features a 4700 mAh, which has got 45W wired fast charging and 10W wireless charging support.
