One UI: How to stop background processing of apps on Samsung Galaxy phone
Nowadays, battery-draining issues are most common in smartphones. To extend the battery backup, you may use the battery-saver feature. But with this feature, the device gets a minimum time of extension, like for one or a maximum of two hours. This feature decreases the performance of apps. How to stop the back-processing apps and put them to sleep on Samsung
As you know, Samsung has a customization interface Known as One UI; it provides several useful facilities to users. It also has some battery-saving features like the sleep app; this feature helps you to limit the apps from background processing that, ultimately, saves the Battery that the non-necessary app may consume.
Let’s see how you can put apps to sleep or deep sleep state on your Galaxy Phone
- Open the Settings app and navigate to Battery and device care.
- Tap on Battery and select ‘Background usage limits’ from the following screen.
- Select Sleeping apps or Deep sleeping apps
- Tap the plus icon in the top-right corner.
- Use the checkboxes to select the apps you want to put to sleep and tap Add.
