These devices already received Android 13 a couple of months ago; being the latest flagship devices of Samsung, both of the devices are eligible for three more android updates, which means you will get Android updates up to Android 16.

Galaxy S21 series devices

The Galaxy S21 series includes three devices named Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy 21 Ultra; users can identify the January 2023 update by firmware version number G991BXXS5DWA7, G996BXXS5DWA7 and G998BXXS5DWA7 sequentially.
