Recently, with the newly-appeared One UI 5.1 update, Samsung DeX will deliver an even more enhanced experience. Let’s get a tour of this service.

Samsung DeX: What One UI 5.1 has brought with it.
Samsung has brought plenty of new improvements to its Samsung DeX service with its One UI 5.1 update. However, the update hasn’t brought any change in DeX’s UI or design; everything is still as it was with the One UI 5.0. But, it does bring some new features which are related to multitasking. The new features are mentioned below.
- With this new update, a new option for window-screen apps to four corners of the screen has also been added to this service, with which users can quickly assign four applications to the screen’s corner. In this formation, all the apps will occupy 1/4 of the whole screen. There is one this to remember about it; you can’t resize these windows simultaneously.
- Besides it, now it is possible to pair up two applications at the same time in split-screen mode. Not only that, but you can even resize than simultaneously.
If you don’t know which devices will get these new changes, let us tell you all the One UI 5.1 suitable devices that have Samsung DeX in them will experience these novelties. Specifically, Galaxy S20, S21, S22, Galaxy Z Fold 3, Z Fold 4, Z Flip 3, Z Flip 4, Fold 2, Flip, and Note 20 devices have already gained the One UI 5.1 update in February, and so have these Samsung DeX novelties.
