Samsung launched Galaxy A73 back in 2022. The device came with Android 12. Later it received more Android updates and is currently running on Android 13. Recently, it has also received the latest One UI 5.1 update, which has brought many new features for the existing functions of devices.

According to the official changelog, the latest update doesn’t bring any new features; it only says that this update includes bug fixes and device stability improvements, which indicates that there is no special feature available. According to Samsung’s security page, the Galaxy A73 5G device is in the Quarterly security update list, which means the update is only eligible for four security updates per year.

However, the May 2023 update has some beneficial security vulnerability fixes that improve the mechanism of the device that fights against external threats in the form of Viruses and malware. Moreover, it also brings general improvements to the system UI to enhance the user experience.

The latest update for Galaxy A73 is rolling out in Brazil. So users who own this device will get the update with version number A736BXXS3CWE1. The update comes with a software package of 227.29MB. It is worth noticing that Samsung has already released the same update to several Galaxy A series devices, including Galaxy A23Galaxy A33Galaxy A52Galaxy A52 5G, and Galaxy M53.
