The latest Samsung Notes update brings a new widget option

Samsung, the Korean tech giant, remains dedicated to continuously improving its One UI interface and ecosystem applications. The latest news concerns Samsung Notes, the note-taking app, which now introduces a new Home Screen widget option.

In the recent update, version 4.4.08.55 of the Notes application, Samsung has introduced a new feature called “List of Notes.” This widget resembles the Single Note widget. However, the update has not been rolled out to all users yet; only a few team members currently have access to it.

The new Note List widget provides users with a glimpse of all their recently created or edited notes. It displays the names of these notes along with thumbnail previews, offering users a quick preview of the note’s content. As always, you can customize the size of the widget as you see fit when adding it to your phone’s or tablet’s home screen.

The update is expected to be available for all Samsung Notes-compatible smartphones using the proprietary One UI 4 and Android 12 interface. If you haven’t received the update yet, it should be a matter of waiting. However, if you wish to check manually, we have provided the Play Store badge below for your convenience.
