Samsung has rolled out the August 2023 security update for the Galaxy S22 devices in Europe. Currently, the update has been spotted in Germany and will be available to all other countries in the next few days. It is not the first region where the Galaxy S22 is receiving a new update; it has already received the same update in Latin American countries.

All three models of the Galaxy S22 are getting the new update with different firmware versions, such as the Galaxy S22 base, which is getting the update with S901BXXS6CWGA, the Galaxy S22+, which is getting the update with S906BXXS6CWGA, and the Ultra model, which is getting version number S908BXXS6CWGA. The update for the base model has a 264.01 MB software package and may have some differences from other models.
