One UI 6 Watch’s New Energy Score in Samsung Health

Samsung initially introduced AI-powered tools within the Galaxy AI title on the Galaxy S24 series. Recently, it has also confirmed the expansion of Galaxy AI features to its smart wearable devices. Energy Score is the notable new Galaxy AI feature to arrive with the Galaxy Watch 7 series.
Samsung is all set to debut its next-generation Galaxy Watch 7 series at the Galaxy Unpacked event. Previously, the giant revealed that the Energy Score feature will give users a detailed overview of their daily condition by analyzing various health metrics. This new feature will enhance the health monitoring experience.

The report suggests that activating the feature manually in the latest version of the Samsung Health app allows access to the following UI screens that give a better understanding of its functionality.
The Energy Score feature will monitor the sleep schedule and duration, physical activity, and heart rate to deliver a “detailed briefing on your body’s readiness for the day.” The details will also include a graph showcasing your energy score for the last few days and a list of factors that analyze energy scores and their current levels.
The feature will also provide detailed information for each energy score factor with optimal ranges to help you upgrade your score. The daily energy score will be placed at the top of the Samsung Health home screen. Noticeably, you can also track your Galaxy Watch or Ring. However, Samsung has yet to be rolled out officially, so it’s quite possible the stable version could bring some changes, but it’s expected that the core functionality should largely remain the same.
Samsung has confirmed that these new features will also be compatible with older Galaxy smartwatches, including the Galaxy Watch 6 series, Galaxy Watch 5 series, and Galaxy Watch 4 series.
