One UI 6.1.1: Enhanced Seamlessness for App Streaming to Windows PC

Samsung is all set to introduce the One UI 6.1.1 update to its Galaxy devices. With the upcoming update, the company is aiming to introduce some significant changes for the devices, including new Galaxy AI features. Along with this, the Korean giant may also enhance the functionality of app streaming to Windows.

Samsung One UI 6.1.1 makes the app streaming more convenient

Back in 2020, Microsoft had an exclusive Android application, Phone Link, which offers the ability to stream applications to the desktop through smartphones directly; this feature allows Android users to use several Android apps on their PC.

Now, to make it more seamless, a report claims that Samsung will improve the seamlessness of the phone link usability with the One UI 6.1.1.

Earlier, when you wanted to use any application on the Phone Link app, it would ask you for permission whenever you use it. However, with the latest change, the company application will run without frequently asking for permission each time.

In the contest earlier, phone link mirroring asked for acceptance of a prompt to start the process. Now, you only have to do that the first time. This process is necessary for the Android 14 installed phones now with the latest One UI 6.1.1. Samsung will change this process.
