Finally, Galaxy S25 Supports Android Seamless Updates Feature

Samsung has been working on implementing seamless updates into its smartphones for a comparatively long time, with these updates making their way to the company’s Galaxy phones, including the newbie Galaxy S25 series.

Seamless Updates finally makes its way to Samsung Galaxy S25 Series

Beginning in 2024, Samsung started infusing the Seamless Updates with the Galaxy A55, and now the newly launched S25 series will finally adopt the Seamless Updates process. However, an earlier report already claimed that Samsung’s newest Galaxy S25 series adopts the Seamless Updates strategy

In case you missed it! The Seamless Updates allow smartphones to automatically install the latest software version in the background using the A/B partition while also using the phone as usual. It only needs a quick reboot to finish the installation, reducing the user’s frustration.

Alternatively, for now users need to wait for the latest update to get downloaded and installed and then reboot the devices, which is more time-consuming as compared to the seamless one.

Apart from this, the seamless updates are, of course, what makes your software installation efficient with no hustle or wait to get the stable update installed; it could probably trigger some users, as the process is comparatively slower as it does all its update installation work in the background, while the majority of the people will enjoy this newer yet more seamless nature of the installation of the latest software.
