Galaxy S25 Resolves Major Display Problem Found in Galaxy S24

Samsung recently launched the Galaxy S25 Ultra, which features better display quality, even in low-light scenes, compared to its predecessor.

Samsung launched the Galaxy S25 series as the successor to the Galaxy S24 series. Especially the Ultra variant of the newly launched series—the Galaxy S25 Ultra—brings a new revolution to the tech market with its impressive features and specifications, including improved display quality.

Both the Galaxy S25 Ultra and Galaxy S24 Ultra feature a 6.8-inch LTPO AMOLED 2x display with a 120Hz refresh rate and QHD+ resolution. The only difference is the Gorilla Glass Victus 2, which the Galaxy S24 Ultra lacks. This new version helps deliver better durability.

Older Galaxy S24 Ultra users faced display issues that caused a grainy appearance when the screen brightness was lowered in low-light scenes. Now, with the latest Galaxy S25 Ultra, Samsung has fixed this issue, as reported by the tipster.

Samsung also introduced the ProScaler feature with the Galaxy S25 Ultra, which enhances image scaling quality by 40%. This feature incorporates custom technology with an in-house Digital Natural Image Engine (mDNIe) embedded within the chipset, using Galaxy IP to deliver upgraded display power efficiency.
